Web development from Ansbach, Germany
I build web systems that really belong to you.
From the first conversation to a running server. Built solo, handed over properly.
- 1:1
- One contact, no ticket system
- EU
- Servers and data stay in the EU
- €0
- First conversation costs nothing
Services
One developer. The whole system.
I cover the whole chain. That means you don't have to coordinate three people who blame each other whenever something breaks.
Frontend
The interface your customers actually see. Fast, easy to understand, and just as good on a phone as on a desktop.
Backend
Where the data lives and the real logic happens. Structured properly, so that a year from now you can still tell why something was built the way it was.
Servers and Linux
I set up the server myself. Certificates, backups, monitoring, firewall. You never have to touch any of it unless you want to.
Automation
Everything somebody would otherwise do by hand every day. Sending mail, taking bookings, reports, notifications, connections to other tools.
Live demo
A bot that does not just talk, it works.
This is not a video and not a screenshot. The bot below really runs on my server. It is built as a booking assistant for a trade business, it checks free slots and writes bookings into a calendar.
Just tell it when you would have time.
What happens in the background
Understand the request
A normal sentence turns into a concrete preferred slot.
Check the calendar
The bot queries real appointment data instead of making something up.
Write the booking
If the slot fits, the appointment is written and confirmed.
Tell both sides
The customer gets a confirmation, the business gets a notification.
How I work
No agency. Your system.
The code is yours
You get the whole repository at the end. No page builder you can never escape from, and no licence I could take away from you later.
You decide where it runs
Either I host it for you and take care of operations, or you take everything to your own server. Both are fine, and we settle that up front rather than afterwards.
No subscription traps
You pay for the work I do. Not a monthly fee for software that will never be yours. If there are running costs, for example for the server, you see them itemised beforehand.
Privacy from the start
GDPR and the EU rules are not something I squeeze in at the very end. Servers in the EU, as few third party services as possible, and a privacy policy that describes what actually runs.
Visibility
Getting found, by Google and by AI.
More and more people no longer search on Google, they ask a chatbot directly. For your site to show up in both cases it needs clean HTML and structured data that a machine can genuinely read.
Structured data
Schema.org tells search engines exactly what your business is, where it is and what it offers.
Server rendered HTML
The content is already in the page instead of being loaded in by JavaScript afterwards. Every crawler can read that.
Loading speed
Fast pages rank better and lose fewer visitors. That is measurable, not a matter of taste.
Honest copy
No keyword desert. Text a human reads and afterwards knows what they get from you.
Process
Less talking, more building.
No mystery and no surprises. At every point you know where we stand and what comes next.
Briefing
First we talk. What do you need, what annoys you about your current setup, what should this thing be able to do. After that you get a concept and a price, before I build anything.
- First conversation is free
- Concept in writing
- Fixed price, no surprises
Building
I build, and you see the progress along the way. Not only at the end when changes get expensive, but early enough that we can still adjust calmly.
- Interim versions to look at
- Ask me anything at any point
- Changes early instead of late
Handover and operations
Code, access and documentation go to you. After that you decide whether you run it yourself or whether I keep looking after it. Even without a contract you are welcome to get in touch.
- Everything documented
- Operations optional
- No lock-in
About me
Hi, I am Devrim.
I'm Devrim, 24, from Dietenhofen in the district of Ansbach, not far from Nuremberg. For a good year now I have been building web systems, and not just the page at the front but everything behind it too: servers, databases, automation, bots.
I'd rather say this directly than have you find it out somewhere else: I have been doing this for a year, not for ten. What I bring instead is that I am genuinely reachable, that I put real effort into your project and that my prices are fair. I am building a name for myself right now, and that only works through people who are happy enough to recommend me.
It matters to me that you understand what you are getting. I'm happy to explain why I built something a certain way, even if you are not a developer yourself. And if there is something I can't do, I say so instead of selling it to you anyway.

Book a call
The first step: a conversation.
You don't need to know what you need technically. That is what the conversation is for. Pick how much time you want to bring.
Quick introduction
Free
You tell me in a few sentences what this is about. I tell you honestly whether I am the right person for it.
Pick a slotProject conversation
Free
We go through your plan. Afterwards you know what makes sense technically, roughly how long it takes and what range the price sits in.
Pick a slotConcept phase
On request
Once it gets concrete I write the concept up properly. Structure, technology, timeline, fixed price. This is the only stage that costs anything before building starts.
Get in touchQuestions
Clear answers.
What does it cost?
The first conversation costs nothing. After that it depends on what should be built. A manageable company site is a very different thing from a system with logins, a database and automation. You get a fixed price up front so you never walk into an open ended invoice.
How long does a project take?
A classic website usually lands somewhere between one and three weeks. For larger systems we are talking months instead. I give you a realistic range in the concept and I tell you if anything about it changes.
Do I have to host with you?
No. You can host with me, in which case I take care of the server, updates and backups. Or you get the complete code and run it yourself or at your own provider. Both are perfectly fine, we just agree beforehand which suits you better.
What exactly do I get at the end?
The complete source code, all access credentials, documentation on how the thing is put together and instructions for whatever you want to maintain yourself. Nothing stays with me that you have no access to.
What if something breaks later?
Then you get in touch. If you have an operations agreement it is included. If not, I bill the time, but I am not going to leave you stranded just because there is no contract running.
I'm not technical, is that a problem?
Not at all, that is more or less the normal case. Your job is to tell me what your business needs. How that gets solved technically is my part. I explain everything in plain language, and if I start drifting too far, just say so.
Why not just use Wix or WordPress?
For a simple business card of a website a page builder can be enough, and I will tell you so honestly. But as soon as there are processes of your own, so bookings, customer data, interfaces or automation, a builder quickly becomes the bottleneck. On top of that you pay monthly and still own nothing.
How do you handle data protection?
Servers in the EU, no unnecessary external services, and a privacy policy that describes what actually happens instead of some template off the internet. If you process personal data we also sign a data processing agreement.
Contact
Let's build your system.
Just write me what it is about, even if you don't know yet exactly what you need. I usually reply the same day.
